*********** DSTV agents
My issue with dstv is still not sorted out and my services are still not reconnected , it's been almost a week now and they still can't handle an issue that I started complaining about since February

25 Apr 2024, 10:42At this point I dnt know what to do anymore , I'm still waiting for feedback and everytime I call or whatapp them , I am told the matter will be escalated , it's been weeks now and still no assistance from dstv , my services are disconnected and I'm still being charged for a Netflix account which is not mine and I didn't give authorization for that account to be linked to me. I have made numerous complaints about this but still , the matter is being escalated. My first complaint was in February but still no feedback. I feel dstv is purposely adding these things onto our accounts to make us pay more , I have never signed up for Netflix but yet I'm obligated to now pay for it because one of the dstv agents decided to add it on for me. But yet they can't cancel it. I am frustrated and very angry, I have been a dstv customer for over 10 years and this is how they thank me for my loyalty, but exploting me and milking me to pay more then what I have agreed . The agents are *********** and it's very annoying speaking to someone who keeps apologizing but still unable to help you.
