Dstv agent ruined my viewing pleasure

I am a pensioner and last year December I called into the contact center and asked to downgrade from compact plus to compact which they did.i then requested to pay cash which was fine and I was told to pay at any pep store.then I was told that I only have to pay R658 every month. Yesterday my account was frozen and I paid the 658 I was then told that I was supposed to pay more.whicj I was not informed of untill yesterday.i am quite disappointed with this service as I have been a dstv client for so long.i was then told that the R658 is an option only if I pay via debit order which I have no issue with.my biggest problem is that an agent if yours gave me the incorrect information regarding my payment and now my account is frozen my grandkids can't watch tv, I'm basically being punished for your people's mistake.okease assist me in fixing this
