DStv again...!??

Covid 19 Stay at home... This means that we all don't get a full salary... However, I have sent in 4 requests before the time to ask to please change my date for payment to the 6th monthly..

I have sent whatsapps to the WhatsApp Unfriendly number as well as to the live chat . I have also sent emails to *** As usual.....no response

Also an email to *** As usual....no response..

I did my part to notify the problematic DStv service provider....so I refuse to pay a reconnection fee should(and which it willbe required to) I be requested to do so.

Always a problem with feedback from DStv...
