I am a very unhappy client because of the following reasons:

1. The balance on my account is showing the wrong amount from June 2018 until now.

2. I could not switch on my holiday PVR from the USSD menu on my cellphone for at least 3 months from the date mentioned above. This is a big problem for me because of the bad cellphone reception on my farm (Holiday home). The signal is mostly strong enough to operate the USSD menu, but not a voice call.

3. After quite a few emails to and fro in 2018 I was told my account had a credit balance. I subtracted that amount from my premium balance and paid the difference in November 2018, after which I switched off my signal.

4. In March 2019 I phoned in to switch on Dstv Compact Plus. I was told that my account is still in arrears because of me being charged for Showmax. I paid upfront for the rest of the month for Compact Plus.

5. At the end of March 2019 my signal was cut off for no reason whatsoever. I had to phone in to have it switched on again on a Sunday morning before going to church.

6. In April I was told that the reason for my account being in arrears was the fact that the Holiday home amounts was'nt transferred from my main account. This funcionality was on the DSTV Now app previously, but got erased when I wanted to use it.

7. It looked like I was charged for my Walka when that was still in service. I sent an email in May 2019 to have that checked, because my Walka's signal was off many times that I wanted to use it. I have received no answer on that email.

8. On 2 September 2019 I was charged R989.89 via debit order while I was a cash paying client. When I phoned in that same evening I was told that I would get my money back by 9 September, but that did'nt materialise.

9. Programmes being recorded partially on both my Explore 2's gets recorded again on repeats and the partial recording then gets erased automatically.This is a software feature that i don't like.

If I don't get a satisfactory answer on all the points above by 13 September 2019, I will go viral with this.
