DSTV advertising prizes which are not really there!!!

I'm not blaming DSTV just yet BUT WHY is DSTV promoting playmoregolf on yr portal!! I won a DSTV prize to play golf there, end-date Oct'21 & Juan fm the ServiceProvider has done nothing besides duck&dive my request for dates&info. Shambolic service!!! I'm a premium client however even if I were on the cheapest package DSTV shld be guaranteeing prizes advertised on your portal. Very very very disappointed
