DSTV adds way too loud

I would like to bring to your attention that the sound engineer/s at DStv (MultiChoice) either has little or NO experience and or is DEAF! During the add breaks the adds are obnoxiously loud to the point that I have to constantly turn the volume to a third of volume. Either the pre recorded adds are extremely loud or the sound engineer who controls the live feed output has no clue how to cue and monitor up and coming adds and set volume levels prior to the broadcasting going live. Please can somebody urgently attend to this before somebody has ear damage.
