DSTV adds showmax subscription without my consent
I am so disappointed that DSTV has decided to add a subscription of R99 for Showmax to my account without informing me. I contacted them and they just said that it shows that I am subscribed to it, and I must cancel it myself on the self service kiosk. The kiosk is an epic failure just showing processing for who knows how long. Mow I am stuck with Joox and Showmax that I dont use and have to pay for something that I didnt subscribe with zero assistance to cancel it. Easy for them to add on the subscriptions, but clearly very difficult to cancel. Very disappointed. Please help.
