DSTV - Adds on decoder that was cancelled in Marh 2018. Return my monies!

I waited on line for 42 minutes to have problem heard and then to be told that they would have to refer message. I cancelled a decoder in March 2018. Well its appeared again on my bill.Now I want my money back >They then try and redirect the answer,pass the buck etc. SUCKS I want my monies back. If they give out franchises to idiots that cant do their job correctly --- Then wants a copy of my bank statement and when I query why they say so we can see you have a bank account!!
