DSTV adding fees and ripping customers off!!!

DSTV has been messing with my billing. I requested their agents to change my payment date in February to 7th of every month as my inflows had changed and I didnt want to be charged the reconnection fee. I was told that was done. The next billing period came and I was charged a reconnection fee again but it wasnt yet the 7th. Further there was an access fee charged and I had no clue what it was. I contacted the chat line, the agent told me he would request both fees to be reversed and that on the 7th I must edit the payment to reflect my subscription only and he stipulated the amount. On the 7th I paid what was advised and the reconnection fee was still there. I contacted the chat line and they told me the previous agent was incorrect and payment date was unchanged and I was liable for all the costs including reconnection cause I paid late which was a lie. Now my dstv is off and I paid my premium and the outstanding amount on the account keeps changing daily. DSTV is a *******!!!
