Dstv add in April 2015 book is misleading Explora
I send sms DDP to 32444 on Monday 13 April 15. Operator called and I asked for the Explora Deal as advertised in DSTV for April 2015 for R799 p/m for 24 months. <br> <br> The operator said the price is R849 and not R799. He promised to speak to his manager to give the deal at R799 but never returned his call as promised. I then send 2 e-mails to Multichoice with foto of the add for R799 with case numbers *** and ***. They promised to contact me within 8 hours and now 2 days later they still haven't contacted me.<br> <br> Why do they place false ads in their book to lure people to buy something for R799 p/m when its not R799 p/m. That is false adverti*****t. I hoped to sort it without reporting it on hellopeter but dstv is not even contacting me on my inquiries.
