Dstv accredited installers (no service )

Good morning,

I would like to lodge a complaint against the Dstv accredited installer.

On the 3 January 2019, I called one of the Dstv accredited Installer (Knowledge & Creativity Concept) his name Mabena, as I had a problem with My Dstv Decoder.

The installer came in to assess the problem and he told me that there is a problem with an LNB and he said it cost R300.00 and I gave him R300.00 to go an buy the LNB an later he called me said the LNB is R450.00 an he said he bought it. I told him to come and install the LNB, up to date he has not come to install and when I call him he keep on saying he's coming, now he is ignoring my calls.

I don't know what to do, as I am paying for the services at multichoiceDstv, I am on lockedprice an I am not getting a good services.
