Dstv accounts the worst

<p>I have entered into a prize lock contract for R899 for 24 months with Dstv. They have not debited my account as prommised. The first months statement is for an amount of R1250 instead of the R899 as prommised. According to them the debit order did not go through but no debits go off from my account as can be seen on my bank statement. This month they did not debit my account. I phoned the call centre to confirm my banking details and it is correct. I have had a terrible experience with Dstv for 2 months.</p>
