DSTV Accounts Suck
For three and a half months I have been hounded by a debt collector for Multichoice to pay an outstanding amount for an account with a zero balance.
Spoke to DSTV, they promised to sort it out (that was 2+ months ago); still receiving threatening SMS's about blacklisting etc.
Hats off to Eskom for frying my decoder; will not be replacing it.

17 May 2024, 10:28Still no joy; just had call from the Debt Collecting Agency.
No response from Multichoice; Guess using vague words and in the air phrases "Attending to it" and "as soon as possible" must change my opinion of their pathetic service.
Timeous feedback and a resolution to my problem will go a long way to restoring my faith in Multichoice and Customer Service.

17 May 2024, 15:29And again, 2nd call for the day from Shapiro Shaik Defries. If Multichoice would even do me the courtecy to tell me to take a departure, I will be OK with it, at least that would be communication, but still nothing.
