DSTV accounts department messes up and I have to pay

My DSTV was stopped with reason that no payment was received. I have sent through the proof of payments and yet still I am told that I have to pay reconnection fees.

Why do I have to pay for accounts mistakes. I did my part. The payments were made on 27 June already. This is unacceptable.
