DSTV ACCOUNTS ARE USELESS

<p>Since December i have been requesting a break down of all the diffrent charges on my account they have sent me emails telling me that the charges will be reversed but now i check and its all a bunch of ******* in January they reduced my insurance from R35.00 to R16.00 No explanation my subs are R579.00 thats what i pay that includes the insurance the extar view and the package subscription.</p> <p>it a straight forward transaction yet they can not get it right.</p> <p>Is this the new way of getting in extra revenue by robbing people like this ??</p>
