TOTAL NEW DECODER R 18 072.00 18 PAYMENTS @ R 959= R 17 262.00 According to Multichoice we are still R920.00 in arrears not withstanding the fact that since price lock R949 I had only one active decoder and no extra view at any stage.

The amount of R1027 is not reflected on any statement downloaded from DSTV. The statement for the period 2 April 2018 -1 May 2018 reflects a credit of R800 and an amount due of R128. No explanation was ever given how the amount of R1842 was calculated at the installation of the Explora on 29th May 2018.This amount was reversed and the agreed price lock amount of R959 paid on 8.6.2018. Multichoice now that my account is in public domain it is up to you to provide the answers you sofar have failed to supply.

Dear Hello Peter Team. Here are the questions that you failed to answer again. 1.On the 2nd of May 2018 I paid an amount of R 1027.00 for services for the month of May 2018 as all payments are in advance. Please show how this payment was dealt with as it is not reflected on any of your statements downloaded from the internet. This is the amount was paid per debit order. 2. On the 29 th May 2018 a new decoder was installed and you collected per debit order an amount of R1842.00. Please provide details of how this amount was arrived at.This amount was reversed by my bank and I proceeded to pay the agreed Price lock amount of R959. You failed for 18 months to provide any explanation and I had to make numerous phone calls and had to listen to explanations, such as extra view.2 decoders etc.In the process our service was interrupted on almosta monthly basis. This lead to two hard drives becoming *******ed and spending time at you offices in Randburg. 3. In 2018 you offered DSTV price lock at R 959 to premium customers that included, LNB, Disk. installation, Explora 2, wifi connector and access fee. As pensioners and having had hassle free Price lock at R949 , for 24 months you allowed us to make use of your R959 offer. We were looking forward to the installation of a new LNB because in a hail prone area we had suffered hail damage to previous LNBS, which we had to replace at our own cost. You have since changed your adverti*****t but that does not change the position and terms your offer was taken up in 2018.The decent thing to do was at least to apologise and offer some amount of credit in lieu of the missing items. You failed to do so. The mere fact that there is a need for a Hello Peter team in your organisation is indicative of the level of service you offer and declining membership.. Should you fail to provide satisfactory explanations ,you leave me with no alternative as to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman Services. I hope this step won’t be necessary.
