DSTV account to be resolved

Terrible service from DSTV based on a promotion to upgrade customers in March 2019. Upgraded package 17 April 2019, 10 calls later my account has still not be resolved being overbilled!!! DSTV you leave me no choice but to lay this complaint in a public forum...lets wait and see how long they take to call me back. Today is 11 June 2019.
