Dstv account suspended, consultants clueless

Well am on price lock and my account was suspended this morning due to non payment when my debit order was paid on the 25th auguat as per price lock terms and conditions, never have i skipped payment and to be told i owe when i know i paid is somehow not okay than contacted dstv via facebook massenger than i was given this answer " Before your payment of R399.00 you had an outstanding fee of R149.23 which was deducted from the payment. Kindly note that you need to top up with R437.65 to receive services from 18-09-2019 to 01-10-2019. This includes your DStv Compact Subscription, Reconnection Fee, Access Fee and an outstanding fee of R157.12" and i coudnt understand as to what was the fee outstanding for i called them spoke to a lady dont remember her name said she is going to escalate the matter to finance and finance will give me a call not sure when still was dissatisfied with my answer as my service was suspended called them again an agent Andiswa with call Ref ***7/i63 couldn't give me a surname as she said Multi choice does not allow them to give out their surnames, she later advised that it was pvr remote fee that i have been not paying she told me that an amout of R95 is supposed to be paid every month for that fee and my service is suspended because i owed that money, i might have been paying pricelock for about 4 months and if that fee was accumulating according to her it might have been R380 and not the R149 that they said my account was owing before my debit order ran, i honestly think they dont know what they talking about am really tempted to cancel my subscription because its still early days yet am not happy please fix this am sitting here with my services suspended for outstanding fees i have no idea off when i was never advised about this like they did when they disconnected my services.
