Dstv account suspended

My payment date is every 1st of the month.On the 24th of this month being Sept,my account is being suspended.According to consultants from dstv i owe them R1035...no one from dstv calls me about my outatanding amount.They just suspend your account,don't give you a change to make any payment arragenments..

Because of the world wide Corona crisis lockdown every business sufferd financially.I am self employed and my salary is only to start getting back to normalize now..

Dstv don't give a **** about their customers,they just suspend your services,we must pay for repeated shows but when you don't pay they immediately suspend your services..

And again you don't hear from any manager who can assist you..As soon as i can i will cancell my dstv because they are also one of the most poor services to their customers..
