DSTV Account Services Pathetic

Cancelled my service on in 2018, now getting several calls from Blake and Associates as my account has been handed over for an outstanding balance of R275 (after almost a year). Nevertheless recall that i had details when i called multichoice in Nov 2018 and spoke to a consultant named Macmillan at 15:37pm and he confirmed cancellation and no balance due. ***. Blake and Associates say that DSTV has confirmed that I still owe them and they keep calling. I want this resolved immediately.
