Dstv account saved by Themba on the cancellation side

Im rating this 5 stars just for Themba at dstv that works on the cancellation side, that helped me with my account when no one else could. This man is awesome and he needs a raise. I stuggled the whole month to get my old decoder disconnected from the system so that my amount doesnt show double. I spoke to a lady on the 2nd and she said its fixed the amount should be correct. I gave the system a while and on the 22nd the amount was still double, i then phoned again and the lady said i didnt pay for feb but i know i did i even paid r100 more. So today i spoke to this remarkable gentlemen and the only thing was that i had to hold on for him to check and fix. And withing minutes my account is sorted. Give that man a bells because i was about to cancel my subscription. Thanks for working at dstv Themba. You rock!!!
