DSTV account owing even though i unsubscribed

I called Dstv in December that i am cancelling my subscription, which they confirmed that it is done for Jan 2024. they did not deduct in Jan as promised however mid Feb i got a call from one of their agents saying that she can help me lower my package so i can afford to pay, i told her its cancelled and she told me she is from Sales and it is still open. i then called again and they sent me an email saying it is indeed cancelled. Then late Feb i subscribed for Showmax only for R49 then they came back to me to say they couldnt charge my account i changed to option of paying with airtime, then last night i was informed that my account has been suspended and i used their whatsapp option, only exoecting to pay R49 then it came back with a balance of R724.00 whilst i gave them 1 month notice ????/
