DSTV ACCOUNT HANDED TO ***** DEPT WITHOUT A REASON!!!!

My DSTV services got cancelled and I was told by one of the agents that my account has been handed over to the ***** department and it's being investigated. He could not provide me with the details of the "Case" and the contact number that he gave me kept on ringing and no one picked it up - ***

I have been a very loyal customer and for my account to be handed over without any notification is ludacris.

I pay by debit order and it's very strange that suddenly my account is deemed **********.

One of the consultants contacted and informed me that since my account is in arrears, I must visit the DSTV branch with my ID and pay R154.40. She made an attempt to explain why my account was in arrears , but it was impossible given that I pay via debit order. How is it that my account is past due? She continued, "I have a subscription added," but she was unable to describe how or what that subscription entailed. I've had my account unaltered for more than a year and as i am on price lock. I was not provided an explanation, so I am waiting for an answer and for you to quickly reconnect my services.

And now my decoder insurance was cancelled without me consent. This is getting ridiculous. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT !!
