DSTV Account Hacked

I logged a complaint on Sunday after I noticed an unknown device linked to my streaming account. I removed it and changed my account password but the device keeps getting reconnected. I don't know how this keeps happening. I was told the matter was escalated but the unknown device has since reconnected to my account. I logged yet another call for assistance but was told without the device ID they cant help me. I am unable to provide a device ID because the app doesn't give me that detail. The complaint comes down to my account being hacked and DSTV can do nothing about it.
