DSTV Account Arreas R2426.23

Good day Please note that I hate the services rendered by DSTV regarding the account payments, I am listed in ITC because of arrears which them they decided not to deduct on my account that that reflect bad on my credit score as it took it down and they let the DSTV continue playing yet owing I have been fighting this with no luck and it reflects bad on ITC as its one of the accounts listed as they indicated its in areas. I called DSTV and explained that I do not owe them they must check their records as I have paid 3400 which according to them it was for three months that they did not deduct on my account and when they closed it I went to pay 18/09/2019. I requested that account statement at the branch in Kimberley and I realized that there is an outsanding balance of 1800 I enquired and the lady who assisted me indicated that they made a mistake it will be corrected only to find that they did not correct it I am getting numerous sms's that my DSTV has been stopped on 18/11/2019 in order for me to reconnect I must pay R2426.23, I called DSTV I spoke to Sakhile who verified that my account will be corrected. Today 22/11/2019 I realized that DSTV has been stopped and I got the sms this morning indicating that they have closed the dstv.

Can this end as I am not owing DSTV but need to make my monthly payment of 633 for this month I hate what is happening because my name is being ruined I cant get home lone as my credit score is low and its because of arrear amounts that are reflecting for multichoice.
