DSTV account amount error with no way of fixing it

I’m on conpact plus and usually pay around R540 including insurance. All of a sudden this month it says R1006 and I have no outstanding amount due. I called their contact center to confirm and they confirmed that I have nothing outstanding but somehow now the subscription is R1006 yet my package hasn’t changed.
