Hi I've a dstv premium pricelock. My problem is I was behind with my payments and they allowed me to make an arrangement but when I did my last arrangement payment in May I was told to pay R1800.00 more and was disconnected since then till now being September. I got an email from their attorney Neve saying I owe almost R6000.00 and I must make an arrangement to pay. My question is why do I have to pay for all these months I've been disconnected. I hope you can help cause I asked Neve the same question when replying to his email on 3rd September but I still haven't received any response.
