It has come to my attention that DStv is loading the Disney plus channel automatically unto my account without my knowledge. People I want to inform you please take a look at your accounts. DSTV I want you to please refrain from what you are doing please otherwise I will report you to the ombudsman for ******* practices on my account without my knowledge. I currently only have 2 packages active on my account the Access and the family packages, but my total due this month was R721, amazing my surprise, when I noticed that this Disney plus channel had been activated on my account. My account still shows an amount of R568.47 in stead of R448.00 for the 2 packages. I want you to credit my account with the R120. 47, because I never app**** for Disney plus on my account.

25 Oct 2023, 21:34I am still waiting on your reply regarding the R120. 47 subscription fee for Disney plus that is due on my account. I phoned again today, the first agent put the phone down in my ear and the second time the Team leader said that she is going to remove the R120. 47 from my account. It is now 21h36 and it still reflects on my account.
