DSTV Access Package Not reinstated as it should.

Kindly note that on the 27th of December 2022, I made a payment of R170 at Qwili since my DSTV Access package was closed, it was never activated. I emailed the enquiry so many times and nothing was done. On the 31st of December 2022 I made the 2nd payment of R170 at Pep Store and the Access package was activated. But now the 1st R170 does not seem to be reinstated as it should because now I don't have any access to the DSTV package. Can I kindly receive adequate assistance concerning this matter. Can my enquiry be attended to as it should be. What really happened to the 1st payment that I made?????????
