Dstv Access Fee - is it legal?

Am I the only one who is feeling '**********' by paying a R100 pm Access Fee for functions I NEVER use??

When I queried this fee I'm told (by a very patient but incredibly slow employee) that it's for pause/ rewind/ record. Catchup and Box office. I very seldom watch movies, no idea how to use Catchup and am retired.

So I'm paying R100 for the 'possibility' of using some services.

I would like to charge them R99 per month for sleeping with me. They won't but I'm 'available'...

Any lawyers out there who would be keen to take this up on behalf of a few million subscribers??? It's a disgrace/ dishonest and a *******
