Dstv acc

Please help acc ***0 This is a uge problem Please help First the person tel me I am in credit of more than R500. Then suddenly I need to pay R802 more I have paid every month then there was added exstra view 2 months in a row .I have send numerous letters .previously to sort out the mess . I was also at upington branch they sort out the acc and everything went smooth . The sudden this month is an amount to pay more than R2600 I have paid R2230 because this is impossible that there are again a problem Today the difference again is R802 after 1 day . I am very upset Good day Please help my account is not correct

I have paid every month on your app There are adons for exstra view also we did have previously have the problem The decider that was exstraview long ago was set as main decoder We were at dstv upington Shirley was helping to sort all out . It was corrected and right No this month again there are n uge problem again . Again shows in arears .it's impossible I have paid direct on the app. And again it's showe again exstra view We only have 2 subscribitions 1 main 1 holiday wiew full oakkages No exstra view The I have Boxoffice Please help
