Dstv abuse

Today I hv experienced the worst, service ever on the 16 Feb 2024, I decided to upgrade last week only for their sub contractor to come mess with my viewing experience he came late I called them to complain they said they will escalate. They came at 15h00 which I accepted but after they left my viewing was interrupted now I am looking at a black screen and their employee said the ppl who installed this would not come back I want the recording for that day he Really insulted me bcoz I was a woman. Dstv employees including subcontractor abuse women emotionally cos I was the one at home
