DSTV absolutely pathetic!!

I had to give them one star, because the system didn't allow me to give them minus 5 stars. What ever you do never try to cancel your DSTV account and buy a streaming account. It is impossible!! I cancelled my decoder account and bought a streaming account on the website, got the notification that the payment was successful and a link to click on to enjoy streaming now. But alas, limited channels and now I need to send them a proof of payment that I paid online, and they are not accepting my POP. Absolutely pathetic!!
