I usually avoid posting rants, but DStv, your customer service is seriously lacking. I paid my account, yet four days later, the funds are still not allocated. Your help center confirms they see the payment but refuses to reconnect my service. Honestly, if it weren't for Supersport, I'd cancel my subscription. No wonder you're losing subscribers. This is a joke.
