DSTV a useless service provider

You guys really need to review your customer service experience, it sucks and it's like you don't value us as customers. My subscription was suspended and called in and spoke to woman called Nomthandazo Malebane, so rude and not willing to assist.

I called in again and spoke to a different lady and she was able to assist me with the same challenges that I explained to the first person, unfortunately I did not get the name of the second lady.

But however in saying that my issue is still not resolved even after I have sent the proof of payment, I really don't know what I need to do now hey.
