DSTV - A USELESS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY

I saw online that DSTV offers pensioners a discounted rate. I call this morning to change my mom's account to a pensioner s my mom is 67 years old and lives alone and her only entertainment is DSTV. DSTV has issued another increase of R40/pm to a pensioner!!!! The lady who takes my mom's calls says no, she doesn't qualify as she needs to live in an old-aged home or in hospice. What absolute ******* is that. That is why I cancelled my subscription because they are a MONEY HUNGRY company not thinking of their customers. All their shows have been repeated a million times. I'm at a point where I want to cancel it but what happens to an old lady who's only entertain is **** on the telly!!!!!!!! Cherry on the cake, when my mom told the consultant, then she should CANCEL, she was like "OH OKAY".
