I am appalled how DSTV does their business, like seriously. I got a call today from one of their agents by the name Falakhe Ngcobo. They called for a DSTV premium saving and they said increments won't affect me for the next 2 years. I then confirmed what the catch was and I was advised that there was no catch at all. When Falakahe Ngcobo read a disclaimer he said: "The debit order will run on the first..." and I immediately stopped him, advising him that if I need to pay via a debit order then he can cancel the offer. He boldly advised that the disclaimer meant when my payment date is and not that a debit order will run. I then agreed to continue in that case, however after the call, I go a text saying: "Thank you for choosing a debit order". This just left me horrified, considering that I had said more than once on the call, that I do not want a debit order and Falakhe Ngcobo had the audacity to blatantly lie to me. What a ****** ****!!!!!
