DStv a **** and a ****

I've been a customer of DStv Dstv customer's #multichoice DStv Customers Help Centre since 2001 and 3 months back I stopped my subscription because not only are they expensive but there's no quality content. Last month they convinced me to come back with a special of R499 for premium and they will waiver all monies owed and connection fees for 3 months. Guess they **** about that too, this month they billed me for all the months I did not subscribe. I have been calling their callcentre for 2 days, either I'm put on hold for more than 5 minutes or their call centre agents give me a run around without addressing the issue. Their supervisors and managers are always in meetings and will not attend to any customer queries....worst managed company ever since Calvo Mawela took over
