DSTV: A Nightmare of Poor Service and Unjust Charges

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with DSTV's services, which have been nothing short of a nightmare for several months. Each month, I struggle to access the services I have paid for, including Namola, DSTV Access, Showmax, and DSTV Internet. Despite my repeated attempts to contact DSTV, I am often met with rude agents who are unwilling to assist. My complaints consistently fall on deaf ears, and I am exhausted from having to complain repeatedly.

Once again, I find myself in a situation where my services are not working, and my data has not been loaded despite having paid for it. I have reached a point where enough is enough, and I believe action must be taken. Despite paying DSTV all the money they demand, they suspend services and charge reconnection fees, which is pure *******. DSTV is running a huge **** against their customers, and I am warning others to stay away from this company.

When I signed up for DSTV Internet + Access on a 24-month contract, I was told the price was locked at R249. Additionally, I pay R29 for Namola and R49 for Showmax, bringing the total to R327. However, DSTV has been making me pay more. This month, they claimed I owe them R480, which I paid R470 for, and now they are saying I still have to pay R330.35 and R410.28 for next month. This is unacceptable, and I am seeking help against DSTV's *****ulent practices.

I am tired and very disappointed with DSTV. They are ******* and ******, cheating their customers and robbing them of their money. Living with DSTV's services has been a living hell, I want to seek alternatives and avoid DSTV at all costs. This is a living hell.
