Dstv a nightmare

Dstv is a nightmare. I was always on dstv access, paying 115 and everything went south as soon as I won a free upgrade on their wheel. They say I now owe them 235 when I ask they claim it's for April payments. However no one seems to give a clear answer of how we got from 115 to 235
