DStv a load of nonse

I got a DStv price lock deal a week ago. The call centre agent told me and as you are aware your calls are recorded that I will pay R899 for 2 years. My fist premium will start 1 Aug. Surprise to get cut off today and get told I owe now R3200. I am seriously not interested if this is what you do. Either you sort this out or you loose another customer. One of many as I can see by the responses
