DSTV A DISGRACE

DSTV's service is disgusting, in March I phoned to get a quote for dstv for the year. I paid this amount in full on the day. Now they have handed my account over for R147.71. I phoned to find out what is going on and the man told me I owe R241. I told him I don't accept this as I paid what they quoted me. I said they must listen to the recordings on that day the gave me the quote. The man then told me I must pay this money or they will cut my dstv. He then put the phone down. Service is disgusting.
