Dstv - A Complete Waste Of Time

Dstv is without a doubt one of the most useless companies I have ever dealt with. Its been years since I have been with them, but I decided to give them a chance with one of their streaming packages on 27 May. Its basically been 1 week and within such a short period of time they have proved once again that their staff and their company are a complete waste of time.

When I agreed to their Access Package of R99 via streaming on 27 May it took conversations with 4 different agents on Whatsapp, who all gave me different types of information, but I eventually got it sorted at a cost of R80. Today my service got cut off because they want more money from me. After contacting them on Whatsapp today the consultant was useless, got sent a statement that didn't make sense, and now eventhough I'm in a credit and want my refund I need to send them a whole list of documents before they will approve it.

Do yourselves a favour and don't waste your time with Dstv. They are a waste of time and money. Their staff are useless, their statements make no sense, and their process are pointless.
