I am so angry and never experienced utter ******* from a company. I have been a dstv subscriber for many years and finally found a better, inexpensive viewing service. I cancelled my subscription on 11.11 and have been given the run around since. I was on the live chat on 11.11, then on the 18.11 and 26.11 and on all 3 occasions I was told I had to pay a penalty to cancel and on different days are different amounts and each day it gets more and more. On the last occasion I was told that my last viewing would be 26.11....guess what they debited my account AGAIN. I requested a call recording where I agreed to the price lock, never got it, I asked for the contract I signed, guess what, they couldn't produce it, why? Because I was never told of this price lock...its a trap! By the way the live chat is a nightmare because they just disconnect your chat when you ask difficult questions, then you have to start the whole process again.
