DSTV.... This must be the most amateurish organization ever. Worst miskate was to decide to re-activate my dstv account after cancelling my subscription. Mistakes from the onset. They first tell me no sir you don't have to pay then you have to pay a pro rate, which is fine . I asked for Compact lady tells me R499 with pvr access and all of a sudden im on compact plus and I need to pay R759. call ask to speak to a manager, im told by Joe he's working from thats not my problem. A case will be logged and i will get feedback after 2 weeks, what kind of service is that for your misktakes . if i dont get feedback by wednesday morning please cancel my account immediately.
