Dstv a big **** abd they're consultants can't even talk to you like a customer

I won a dstv premium upgrade last month from the 15 December to 15 January, and their terms was they where going to open the premium channels on my payment date which was the 1st, abd that's what happened, now since last im battling with them to open my channels, they closed my channels because they say i owe them, I'm being charged for something i won, dstv its a ****
