Dstv a *******

Hi accepted an offer to Reconnect my package with 350 a month for 3 months. I paid on 31 May 2024. I was disconnected today the 18 May which is not even month end. The agents aren't very helpful because they are saying they charge a pro rata rate and my payment date is 15 of the month. That has nothing to do with all that, I accepted an offer for a month but was disconnected before the month, wouldn't that be false advertising. No wonder so much customers are leaving dstv.
