Worst customer service ever. Not even one star worth. Email account has been blocked. Been trying for 10 days to get it unblocked. First time I asked for an update they couldn't even find the complaint. Had to do everything over. Asked again 2 days later and still nothing. Now day 10 they tell me the email address isn't registered and they still don't have ID copy I've sent. So nothing has been done. And no answer as to why it blocked.

30 Aug 2021, 11:05What an absolute joke. A month later and nothing has been done. This is my father's account, who is not too mobile. Now has to get out of bed to watch his programs, a service he pays for. Maybe customer service cost extra. Although I see no evidence of any customer service.
