DSTV
Multichoice has added me, without my authority, to the Showmax service when I downgraded from Premuim to Compact Plus. They charging me R49 p/m for Showmax. I have written proof from Showmax that I am NOT signed up with them.
I need an email adress of Multichoice where I can lodge my complaint.

03 Sept 2020, 13:29DSTV has acknowledge this complaint 3 times since beginning Augustus 2020. These are their query numbers which was mailed to me: ***4, ***7 and ***8. The calls I' ve from beginning July I could not get Query numbers but I have names of the people who I spoke to at DSTV call centre: ***) IKHOMHA, MADISA, THEMORA, THAPELO. I also spoke to CONNIE on DStv Live Chat who gave an incorrect email adress of her Senior. CONNIE gave me a reference no. ***9 -i102. None of the above could solve my query and none of them followed up. Hold thumbs, maybe you have more influence than me.
