My Access package was *****ulently upgraded to Family package reversed and then upgraded to Compact package on 01/01/2024, without my knowledge. Now the Access package has been deactivated. DSTV request payment to activate. They claim I chatted to do this upgrades. Please assist to resolve this matter.
